Jensen has been a strength and conditioning coach for over ten years. Over the past six years, in the private sector, he has trained baseball clients ranging from 8 years old to college aged athletes.
He has worked to develop basic athletic qualities; agility, speed, strength, and lifting technique in young athletes, and baseball specific qualities such as acceleration, rotational power, reactivity, and rate of force development.
Before working in the private sector, Jensen was a collegiate strength and conditioning coach for the University of Mary in Bismarck North Dakota working with the Baseball team. During his time there he was able to work closely with the pitching and hitting staff to find the most effective training program to improve athlete performance.
Jensen started his strength and conditioning journey in 2015 and was with the strength staff for the Nebraska Husker football program, and also worked with the Baseball team for the Huskers before leaving for North Dakota.
Jensen is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA as well as a strength and conditioning coach certified (SCCC) through the CSCCa. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln and a Masters in Kinesiology from the University of Mary.
