He is a strength and conditioning coach with a background in competitive athletics and applied sports performance. He played two years of junior college baseball at Hutchinson Community College and Southeast Community College as a two-way player, gaining firsthand experience in the physical and mental demands of high-level sport.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Sciences with an emphasis in nutrition and health sciences. Telo has three years of experience as a trainer, working with athletes in baseball, basketball, football, track, and boxing. His approach to training focuses on proper movement, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
Telo is now entering his second year as a baseball coach and will move to the high school level following this season. His experience as both an athlete and coach allows him to train and develop athletes with a well-rounded, performance focused approach.
