Wendy is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates, with additional Reformer certification from Balanced Body. She’s also a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor, holds a 95-hour Children’s Yoga certification, and is certified in Cycling, Barre Intensity, and Barre Above.
Her teaching is rooted in intentional movement, with a strong focus on breathwork, alignment, and mindful connection. Wendy is passionate about helping people build strength and confidence while developing deeper mind-body awareness.
Through clear cueing and accessible movement, she supports clients of all levels in moving with purpose — creating practices that are both empowering and sustainable.
